Here's the requirements... That weapon has to be the Adept weapon that week. You have to have gone flawless that week. You need a card with 7 wins on it (doesn't need to be flawless). After that, you can consume your card to focus a Trials engram into an adept weapon. It also costs 50,000 Glimmer and 250 Legendary Shards.
