Try updating to 2.0. then just make cpu timer speed 0.5 or dont go over 60. I would must play with 30 fps lock, when I'm over 30, animations are starting to acts weird. Update cemu. Breath of the Wild is pretty close to a fully playable state in CEMU, even at 4K 60 FPS. The game remains close to around 60 FPS in most scenarios though some areas like the Great Plateau can still dip into the 45-50 FPS range on my system. Well cemu hook is installed and as mentioned I had it working flawlessly several months ago on cemu version 1.11 I'm not sure what has changed since then but neither cemu install will run past 20 FPS and on cemu 1.13.1 I can't even get to the main menu with fps++ enabledIt can hit 60, but it bounces down to low 50s and it creates stuttering. I use bsod recommended settings for cemu, GPU, and graphics packs. I never changed the "fence" settings I see mentioned here sometimes. Static 45 fps is smooth as butter though. 1.

IMO BotW isn't really a game that benefits all that much from 60fps. Yes, it looks smoother, but unlike in a shooter or a racing sim, it doesn't really affect the gameplay. For me personally, graphical fidelity is slightly more important in an explorative adventure game, which is why I'd pick higher resolution and good AA over higher framerate ...

It means other time shader are scanned or playing in-game, multi-threading tech is not used.
