Netflix and Amazon prime crash often on my tcl roku TV, is it a problem with the TV or the apps? ... For prime it mostly happened with 4k content, Netflix is crashing after the episode starts via auto play. The TV is fully up to date. The TV will also get a bar of white static near the top every once in awhile.
