Ok I am new to this theme making on the 3DS... I managed to get a theme working but the music sounds like its corrupting or something. Its sounds like screeching audio. I have followed the tutorials took a WAV, made it mono @ 11025Hz. It works with my MP3 player on the PC. It works with the Usagi Theme maker after converting it to bgm.bcstm.Turns out it was because my 3DS was fresh (newly formatted and setup, with custom firmware). Changing the theme to any other theme (e.g. Red, Blue, Yellow, Pink, or Black theme) from the default theme, created 'Theme Management Information' on my 3DS. A first time loading sort-of-thing.
